Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OpenWorksheet (the "Service"), operated by Webmatia Ltd ("we", "us"). By accessing the Service or purchasing lifetime access, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
OpenWorksheet provides a library of downloadable spreadsheet templates. Browsing the catalogue is free. Downloading template files requires an account and a valid purchase of lifetime access.
2. Lifetime access
"Lifetime access" means a one-time payment that grants you unlimited downloads of the templates available in the library, including templates we add in the future, for as long as the Service operates. It is a license to use the templates, not a transfer of ownership. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the Service and does not imply any minimum duration.
3. License and permitted use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, edit, and use the templates for personal, business, and client work. You may not: (a) resell, redistribute, or sublicense the templates in their original or substantially unmodified form; (b) include the templates in a competing template library or marketplace; or (c) represent the templates as your own original product for resale.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping it up to date.
5. Payment
The current price for lifetime access is $19(a promotional launch price; the standard price is $39). Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Prices may change, but changes do not affect access already purchased.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, its content, and the templates are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the license granted above, all rights remain with Webmatia Ltd or its licensors.
8. Disclaimers
The templates are provided "as is" for general informational and productivity purposes. They are not financial, legal, tax, or professional advice. You are responsible for verifying that any template meets your needs before relying on it.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webmatia Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or the templates. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Webmatia Ltd is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
